JANISH Home’s story begins with founder Peder®. Nielsen, whose passion for design was sparked in Denmark, the heart of Scandinavian furniture craftsmanship. There, he mastered the principles of timeless design and honed his skills in the industry.
Seeking new opportunities, he took a bold step and moved to the United States, where he collaborated with industry professionals and expanded his expertise. His journey eventually led him to Indonesia, where he was captivated by the region’s rich cultural heritage and artisanal craftsmanship.
With over 40 years of experience, he continues to push the boundaries of furniture design, blending the roots and innovation of Danish designs with the heritage and Indonesian craftsmanship.
With determination, passion, and a shared vision, we began our journey in 1997. Starting from scratch, we ventured into exporting Indonesian furniture, bringing its craftsmanship to the world. This laid the foundation for our future growth.
