All of our furniture are designed, manufactured, and showcased in our 14,000 m (150,000 sq ft) factory and showroom in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. Our factory is fully equipped with updated machinery that enables precision and innovation at every stage of production.
Before entering large-scale production, every design prototype undergoes a set of testing in our complete sample-making workshop. Our designers, CAD drafters, and skilled woodworkers collaborate to refine each piece, ensuring elegance, ergonomics, and precision.
Alongside sample production, we craft specialized molds for material cutting and shaping, allowing our advanced machinery and people to work in harmony. This seamless process guarantees high-quality furniture-consistently precise, yet with the unique character of various natural materials that sets our designs apart.
Every piece of our furniture is wrapped in a protective foam sheet, secured in a custom plywood pallet, and placed in a thick cardboard box. Cardobard corner supports prevent scratches, while the pallet minimizes pressure on the legs for safe transit.
Committed to sustainability, we lessen the use of plastic and tape, opting for wood, paper, and cardboard-based materials. Thoughtfully designed, our packaging ensures each product arrives safely at its final destination.
To ensure our packaging meets the highest durability standards, our factory is equipped with a dedicated drop test facility. Fully packaged furniture is shaken and dropped from multiple angles, simulating real shipping conditions to verify its ability to withstand impact and protect the piece inside.
Every product undergoes meticulous quality control checks, with the drop test serving as the final assurance before it is approved for delivery.
